A strange few weeks it has been. Between busier sales at the restaurant, shifting family dynamics, and seasonal allergies, I really lost touch with myself.  Stopped doin the things that nurtured me: writing in my journal, eating well, sleeping regularly, riding my bicycle.

Now I’m back.  A trip to Yachats, cycling over the capes, dinner at the Drift Inn, and long restful sleep by the waves.  Incredible weather, clear skies, radiant sunset. Caught a heron flying over Alsea Bay (in the last two pics above).

I am refreshed, ready to return to Corvallis, for the busiest weekend of the year at FireWorks – OSU Graduation.  I am ready to face my public, renewed in my sense of vision, purpose and responsibility.
